Okay...I have returned alive and am one happy fangirl. Heather came around 10 on Wednesday to pick me up and from there we met the boyfriend at Philippi. We made it to his place and stayed there for the night. Which we had fun cause me and Heather pelted each other with a stuffed rabbit. And then when Chris got back, we went to Wally World and picked up some snackage. So you know we went back to the apartment and went to sleep and then woke up the next day. WOO HOO! It was the day to leave for Otakon. We left the apartment about 4 cause we had to wait for Jason, Chris' friend, to get off work and the fact that we had to tie the boyfriend's prop to the top of the mini-van. And we were on our way. A lot of vulgarities were said. And of course I have to share this one comment. As you all know I am a die hard Yaoi fan. The boyfriend made a comment that he didn't want to see penis' touching each other or something like that...and of course I had to respond with, "There are other ways, the penis' don't have to be touching each other.' or something to that effect. So Michelle, if you read this...please whip out the notebook and share. We stopped at a gas station to gas up and down the road was a gas station/restaurant and I kid you not people...called SAC'S. And not only was it called SAC'S, but it had a picture of a smiling dog on it. So we got back on the road for a few more hours and hilarity pursued...and finally close to 9 pm we made it to the hotel. So we did our thing and went to get badges, while Chris dealt with his prop and checked us in. Well we were almost there when someone stopped us and told us that they were now turnin people away...talk about shitty luck. So we went back the hotel room and dicked around for awhile before we went to bed.

DAY 1 (Friday)

Ok now for a run down of day 1. We got up around 9ish I do believe. I'm totally sure...but that's what we did. And we got up and headed down to the con center. We decided to get our badges and then go back to the hotel and get ready with our costumes and stuff. The wait in line wasn't too boring cause we saw cosplayers...and I saw a really well done Envy. That made my day. But the biggest kicker was...Captain Planet. No I kid you not people, Captain Planet. I'm pretty sure Michelle got a pic if anyone is interested. It was a well done costume. We also saw a Silent Hill Nurse...and several other awesome costumes. So we were in line for badges and I saw the different ones they had...and I freaked out. They had a Kyo Kara Maoh badge. So I told Puck and she got one too. I was happy. It's sooo cute. So then we went back to the hotel room and got ready. I had to duck tape my boobs since I was goin as Youji from Weiss Kreuz. It was too bad as first. So we left and went to the con for our first day. And before we entered the building we attached Chris' prop to him...which was a giant paper mache/cardboard coffin/cannon. If you know what Gungrave is and who the character Beyond the Grave is...then you know what I'm talkin about. Well we attached it and I looked at Puck and said that it would only last 10 minutes...and she said she wouldn't give it that. It last about 5 steps. So he had to carry around the con. And oh god it was great. We saw Captain Jack Sparrow swaggering about. I do believe we went to the dealers' room first and the line was ginormous. But we did make it in pretty swiftly. It was just me, Puck,and Michelle. And oh god...in October of this year...they are realeasing these figurines from KH2 AND OH MY FUCKING GOD I WANT AXEL. But I think I'm gonna get that and have an Axel dolfie doll made. But we went around the dealers room and I was amazed...it was bigger, way bigger, than the one at Tekko. There were swarms of people everywhere. We looked around...but I didn't really buy anything. I wanted to look first. I think Puck bought something on Weiss. I'm not really sure. So then we met up with the guys and Chris and I got separated from em...so we just walked around aimlessly before deciding to go back to the hotel room. The duck tape was killing my boobs and my boots were killing my feet. We went back to the hotel and I changed into street clothes. We went back to the con after resting for awhile. We went back the con and found Heather watching Kyo Karah Moah. And we talked to her before we went to line up and also we grabbed Michelle for the premier of da da da the Fullmetal Alchemist Movie. We got a good place in line...cause it was a long line. We were finally got to go in. (Also the movie was pose to air Saturday night...but they switched it.) The movie doesn't come out til September. But I was all kinds of excited. We got to go in and we got good seats in the middle. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. It was amazing and my life is now complete. So after the movie, we went to get our hands stamped so we could go the Yaoi panels. Michelle and I met up with Puck there. We had walked in at the History of Yaoi. That was ok. The next one was the Yaoi Panel and You. That one rocked hard core. The boys went to their Hentai Panel and they left cause it was boring. Ha, shows you who has the better hentai. Of course the people were giving out something and they said the words Duo and Heero...I was outta my seat in a heartbeat...but stopped for all the rampagin fangirls. We then went back the hotel and went to sleep. (Oh yea...and we only ate chips and criossants.)

Day 2 (Saturday)

Ok so on day 2 we woke up at like 10:30 and got ready and headed to the con. I didn't dress up this time. I wore my stoner pants though and it seemed like a lot of people wore those. Or told me that they had the same ones. Me and Puck dicked around before we went to the Yoshiki panel. *Takes time to squeal like a fan girl* The panel was just awesome. Yoshiki was just amazing and so kind. And I seriously think he would be perfect for our group of friends. He'd fit right in. Just the comments he made and the way he talked made me think so. So after the panel...we went to get in line for autographs. Well the line was insanely long. Most of them skipped the panel to line up for autographs. We waited for three hours and didn't get his autograph.He stayed for 3 hours. Even though he has tendinitis...he stayed for that long. And finally he had to leave. But when he heard that there were like 150 of us outside...he came out and shook our hands. We got pictures...and the people are pose to send them to us...cause we didn't have a camera. But that was well worth stayin in line for. After that we met up with Michelle and we just wandered around and took some awesome pictures of really good cosplayers. Of course I had to run after them. I'm crazy I'm telling you. I ran after the Gundam Boys and they went outside...Michelle was amazed at how fast I moved. When I'm motivated...I move like a ninja. So most of the time after Yoshiki was spent chasing cosplayers. I need my own warning label. But the most awesome thing was...we were sitting in chairs and I was yelling at cosplayers to get their pictures. Well one caught my eye...Sir Didymus. I kid you not...a person in a dog suit on all fours with Didymus on their back. I was outta my seat in 5 seconds. I waved Michelle over and Puck was confused. We got a picture and then the person told me that Jareth was behind her somewhere. I yelled Jareth to Heather and she was outta her seat in a flash. And the chick cosplaying as Jareth was amazing. I got a hug *YAY* So did Michelle. It was great. Everyone was around Jareth. So after that me and Puck went a band thing cause someone she met cause they were cosplaying as people from Weiss, invited her to listen to their band do a cover of Velvet Revolution (I think that's the name, correct me if I'm wrong). I tried to stay for that...but the music was too loud and it was giving me a headache so I headed back to the hotel with the guys and we watched some Hentai...yea I know I'm bad...and then we went to bed.

I forgot to add this...but we a pic of almost every character from Gundam Wing...minus Treize and Heero. This is relevant for the next day.
Day 3 (Sunday)

Sunday was just us dicking around the con. And we found out what Zechs does in his spare time. The guy who cosplayed as Zechs was standing in the dealers' room with...stiletto high heels, a skirt, and a corset. It was great cause we now know what the good lieutenant does in his spare time. So we left the con around 3 and didn't get home til 1:30 the morning.
